PROJECT CONCEPTION

Structured and organised development of any project creates the necessary pre-requisites for successful grant applications as well as for future project implementation. Appropriate project and management structures should already be planned carefully in the early stages of the project development. This includes the selection and integration of appropriate project participants from both inside and outside of the country.

EPC provides support for the design and development of innovative projects from the initial idea to project implementation. Starting from the orientation phase, EPC secures a guided project development from the application stage up to the implementation of the project.
