Stringent project management is an absolute necessity for the successful execution of complex projects. In particular, projects that are multi-national and interdisciplinary in their nature demand a high level of project coordination.

EPC supports the project management in their internal and external communications, via public relations as well as in the substantive and financial reporting to the funding authorities.

By request, EPC is exclusively responsible for the management of a project.
