PROJECT EVALUATION

In addition to the optimal implementation of projects, questions of efficient work processes as well as the quality of the obtained results are of great interest for the participants. EPC provides the accompanying evaluation of projects with regard to:

• Internal communication structures,
• Work processes and the
• Project results..

Especially with innovative, risk-carrying project proposals, it is of great interest to document and evaluate the project development based on criteria set out in advance. This kind of evaluation provides information about the quality of the current project, but above all provides insights for the optimal structuring and implementation of future projects.
