The success of projects depends in particular on the quality of the communication processes between the partners. In addition, a smooth functioning of external communication and with the relevant funding bodies increases the appeal of the project proposals.

EPC supports project consortia with the optimisation of internal and external communication processes.

In close cooperation with the project partners, an analysis, evaluation and optimisation of the communication structures can be implemented.
EPC supports furthermore the project management in the external communication, in all aspects of public relations.
